You will be the most critical aspect in expanding Growsari’s footprint to new cities and provinces. You will lead a startup within a startup as you launch Growsari to multiple cities.
This is a growth role, and you’ll have significant potential to expand your responsibilities and advance to other critical roles as we expand to the entire Philippines.
- Ensuring our fulfillment centers are ready whenever we launch to a new area.
- Manage and work with a team of supervisors and agents to achieve your KPIs.
- Hiring and training acquisition and sales teams to ensure we reach every sari-sari store in the area.
- Growing and managing a diverse team across multiple functions.
- Owning your KPIs and starting initiatives to reach them.
- Experience in sales, logistics, distribution
- Not scared of taking the lead in managing expansion projects which involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Must be comfortable being assigned anywhere in the Philippines for weeks at a time
- A positive attitude – we’re a startup and uncontrollable things happen, but we pick ourselves up and laugh it off, together
- Interest in the tech and analytics world – this is the base of who we are
- Finally, you are deeply motivated to make a difference and create impact in the Philippines
